CANCELLATION POLICY

Please cancel before 48 hours of your booked appointment. -Appointments canceled after 48 hours but before 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will be allowed to use their previously paid deposit towards re-scheduling and rebooking their future appointment. -Appointments canceled within 24 hours of their appointment will lose their deposit, and will need to repay a deposit to book a future appointment. -no show appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled appointment cost. -Appointments more than 15 minutes late are considered a no show/cancelation and will lose their deposit. I reserve the right to deny any person an appointment at any time for any reason. I understand life happens and I just ask that you communicate with me!
